Worked security when Edie came to Colby (thanks, Mosh!), which was a way funner gig than crew (only did that once, for Elvis Constello). And for the record, I object to her apparent disdain for philosophy (it is actually like a bowl of cherries).
PS - I had so many t-shirts from working concert security. In fact, somebody from Colby recognized me on TV (CBS followed me and some buddies around Moscow "applying the Russian we we learning" on July 4, 1990) because I was wearing my Ziggy Marley shirt (which I ended up giving to my favorite professor, Andrei, who taught Пресса, basically a news and media analysis class, during which we first heard about Iraq's invasion of Kuwait).
