Tommy Tuberville: If you read the Constitution it says it's not BUT he says he has some different circumstances that he might be able to go around the Constitution.

...then your answer must stop there. There are no "different circumstances." There is no "go[ing] around the Constitution."
And this is your friendly reminder that the Constitution is not self-executing. As Hamilton wrote in Federalist 28:
[T]he people, without exaggeration, may be said to be entirely the masters of their own fate.
